American Bankers Association: 3 Cent Yellow Green. This issue marked the 75th anniversary of the American Bankers Association and illustrates some of the areas in which banks give service.

Samuel Gompers: 3 Cent Bright Red Violet. Commemorates the 100th anniversary of the birth of this famous labor leader and founder of the American Federation of Labor (A.F.L.).

National Capital Sesquicentennial: This Series of four stamps was isssued to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of the National Capital, Washington, D.C.

3 Cent Bright Blue. Illustrates the Statue of Freedom on the Capitol Dome.
3 Cent Deep Green. Illustrates the Executive Mansion.
3 Cent Light Violet. Illustrates the Supreme Court Building

Railroad Engineers Of America: 3 Cent Violet Brown. Honors the Railroad engineers of America and protrays John Luther (Casey) Jones who was killed in a train wreck near Vaughn, Mississippi.

Kansas City, Missouri Centenary: 3 Cent Violet. Commemorates the 100th anniversary of the incorporation of Kansas City, Missouri and illustrates the Kansas City skylnine.

Boy Scouts: 3 Cent Sepia. This stamp was issued in honor of the Boy Scouts of America on the occasion of the second National Jamboree at Valley Forge, Pennesylvania.

Indiana Territory: 3 cent Bright Blue. Commemorates the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Indiana Territory and pictures Gov. William Henry Harrison and the first Indiana capital, Vincennes.

California Statehood: 3 Cent Yellow Orange. Celebrates the 100th anniversary of the admission of California to statehood and reflects some of the states' history by showing a gold miner and pioneers.
